Sanad — AI Delivery Pods, Human-Governed
The plan doesn't have to stop at the recommendation. Our AI pods build it.
Sanad is Muhimat's AI delivery engine. You bring requirements — a brief, an SRS, a BRD, wireframes, whatever you have — and an AI delivery pod scopes it, returns a firm proposal, then designs, builds, tests and prepares it for release, with minimal manual intervention and a human accountable for every material decision along the way. It complements an advisory engagement, or stands on its own.
How It Works
Every delivery is traceable, requirement to release.
01
Requirement
Your SRS, BRD, NFRs and designs are received and reviewed.
02
Proposal
An AI delivery pod analyzes scope and returns a firm quote — effort, timeline, and cost.
03
Decision
You accept. Ambiguities or material changes are routed to a human, not assumed away.
04
Build & Review
The AI pod designs, builds and tests the work with minimal manual intervention; independent human review checks it before anything is accepted.
05
Release
A verified, traceable release — every delivered capability maps back to the requirement that asked for it.
Who Sanad Is For
Public sector
Government entities that need a system built to a defined scope, on a defined timeline, without standing up an internal engineering team.
Private enterprise
Businesses that know what they need built and want a fixed, fast, accountable path from requirement to working software.
SMEs
Smaller organizations that need real software delivered without the overhead of a traditional development shop.
Individuals
Founders and independent operators with a clear idea and documentation, looking for a straightforward way to get it built.
Governed, Not Just Automated
Governed, not autonomous
AI pods do the routine engineering work, end to end. Humans own every material decision, every review, and every release — nothing ships on AI judgment alone.
A fraction of the cost, same review bar
Because an AI pod carries the routine design, build and test work, Sanad delivers at a cost and speed a team billed by headcount-hours can't match — the human review gates don't move to get there.
Requirement to release, traceable
Every capability delivered can be traced back to the requirement that asked for it — useful evidence of exactly what you paid for and received.
